Patient testimonials
The reviews that count are the ones we can neither write, edit, nor delete.
A clinic that hosts its own reviews is handing out its own compliments. It publishes what suits it, removes what does not, and the reader has no way to tell the two apart. We will not ask you to take our word for anything.
You will therefore find no testimonials on this page. Only links. They lead to the threads our patients opened themselves, on forums we do not own, under their own handles and with their own photographs. We have no hand in them: none to write, none to edit, none to delete.
These forums are not showcases. The people who post there have often been operated on elsewhere, sometimes badly, and they look at a result with an eye we could not soften. They count the grafts, judge the hairline, ask for photographs of the donor area. Mediocre work does not survive that kind of reading.
Here are the threads, listed by forum. Open them, read them in full, look through their authors' histories. Most of the French-speaking threads will be translated reliably by your browser, and the photographs speak for themselves.

How to read a thread
What you will find there
Follow-up over time
A good thread spans twelve to eighteen months: leaving theatre, the grafts shedding in the second month, regrowth from the third. That complete sequence is what separates a real testimonial from an isolated photo.
Unretouched photographs
Taken by the patient, at home, under ordinary lighting. Less flattering than ours, and far more informative: this is what you will see in your own bathroom mirror.
Questions from other members
Graft counts, density achieved, how the donor area looks, price paid. Members ask the awkward questions, and the patient answers without us intervening.
The difficult cases
Revisions after a failed transplant elsewhere, already depleted donor areas, scarring alopecia. These are the most instructive threads, because they show what can be salvaged.
Our position
Why we do not host reviews ourselves
Since 2019, fake online reviews have been a misleading commercial practice punishable by law across the European Union. The difficulty, for you, is that an authentic review hosted by a clinic and a fabricated one look exactly the same.
By sending you to platforms we do not control, we give you the means to check. You can read threads in full, go back through a member's history, see what they have written elsewhere and about other clinics, and confirm that they existed long before they mentioned us.

Melvin, co-publisher of the network behind the English-speaking forum whose threads you have just read, interviewed Dr Seffen for half an hour: how he started, what a day at the clinic actually looks like, which parts of the procedure he performs himself and which he delegates to no one, and the medical protocol around the operation.
It is the most direct way to understand how we work, before you even write to us. The interview runs about thirty minutes, and its timestamped chapters let you go straight to what interests you.
