A 1,980-unit FUE procedure carried out in Tunis by Dr Fares Seffen and his team. Extractions performed with a 0.9 mm manual FUE punch, with no microscopic preparation of the follicular units. Coronal incisions made with custom blades of an average size of 0.90 mm.
