A case of repair after a poorly performed earlier hair transplant. Our patient was operated on in 2018 by a foreign team. The grafts had been badly placed: large clumps of grafts had been implanted along the hairline, giving an unaesthetic and unnatural appearance. Those grafts were removed, a more suitable hairline was designed despite having to blend in the older hair, and a 3,500-graft procedure was carried out on heavily scarred skin. The operation was fortunately a success, and our patient is very satisfied.
